The Way It Was….

In 2012, the Anderson Forest Neighbors authorized a complete overhaul of the common area landscaping bordering Six Forks Road because of diseased plants and shrubs.  In just 3 years  after completion of the landscape overhaul, the City of Raleigh installed the sidewalk effectively negating all previous landscape improvements. The City of Raleigh reimbursed the AFHOA for damages resulting from the sidewalk installation and in 2016 the AFHOA Board again embarked on establishing the common area landscape improvements as it is today.
